Aspen Ridge Drywall Installation Project

A few days ago, we were hired for a drywall installation project in Aspen Ridge, which is located in the southeast portion of Red Deer. The property manager wanted different types of gypsum boards installed such as green boards to create a moisture-resistant environment. During the application process, we advised that other types of boards to also be installed based on their location. 

For example, a blue board was installed because it had better mold-resistant capabilities, especially when used in the bathroom. We advised that a Type X board be installed in a storeroom because it contained several flammable liquids. Type X drywall is fire-resistant because it is made from special non-combustible fibers. 

In the bedroom, we decided to use laminated boards because of their soundproof capabilities. These boards protected the tenants from noise pollution. We are happy because we were able to install gypsum boards in less than 3 days. Our client was also very happy with the quality of work we did especially in the time frame it took to complete the job. He owns a few different properties throughout Red Deer and we've had the privilege to work on all of them.
