Eastview Garage Drywall ProjectThis garage renovation project is unique in the sense that the owner wanted to remodel it to become a man cave. He wanted to have a workout room, a place for his dart board and bar area. Our first mission was to remove wall coverings to spot electric cables and any water pipes. The quote that was given to the client clearly explained why this had to be done. As a reputable company, we had to ensure that the surface was as smooth as possible so that the drywall could easily fit in place.
The second step was to note the location of studs, vents and electrical outlets. By knowing these locations, installation of the drywall sheets became a simple process. We later cut out holes in the wall to give space for electrical outlets and cables. The finishing process involved taping and mudding all the joints and holes. The drywall was then skim coated and sand for a perfect finish. If you have a residential project, don’t hesitate to give us a call for a free no-obligation quote! |
