Inglewood Drywall Framing Job

Berta Drywall Pros was working on a project in Inglewood East when we received a call about another framing job. The client was looking for a contractor who would provide a reasonable quote. He was actually really close to us and we just had to travel over to Inglewood West to meet him. We looked at the job and provided him with our quote on the spot. He accepted the offer and we got started on the job immediately. 

For this residential project, we started by installing vertical wall studs in the living room. We installed the first stud at least 16 inches from the edge of the bottom plate’s and also installed two vertical frame members on each corner resting on the bottom plate.  

We used water-resistant drywall when framing the bathroom and shower. We avoided using wooden studs because they are prone to rot and we did not want the client to incur any unnecessary costs in the future. After installing the drywall, our servicemen did the finishing and our client’s residential property was all good for leasing.
